Program Manager (PM)

• 8+ years of total experience
• 4+ years as a project manager/ team lead
• Prior work experience in the BPO/ KPO/ ITES space
• Proven experience in Excel, Access, and PowerPoint and databases
• Proven experience in directly working with international clients
• Excellent communication skills
• Proven team leader
• Should be able to handle multiple clients, projects and teams simultaneously
• Knowledge in quality procedures and standards

Team Lead (TL)

• 6+ years of total experience
• 3+ years as a project manager/ team lead
• Proven experience in Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
• Experience in conducting data analysis and data mining on large volumes of data
• Ability to manage huge data files and maintain data integrity
• Experience in directly communicating with US clients and remote teams
• Strong communication and documentation skills is a MUST
• SQL knowledge and work experience in USA is a plus

Business Analysts

• 4+ years of total professional experience
• 2+ years of proven experience in conducting data analysis and creating reports
• Advanced Excel and Power Point proficiency is a MUST
• Ability to manage huge data files
• Ability to move data between Access and Excel while maintaining data integrity
• Ability to follow project plan and instructions
• Keen attention to detail and strong communication skills are MUST
• MS Access and SQL knowledge is a big plus
